Returns Policy: At RedPoint we offer a 'hassle free' returns policy. We want you to enjoy your purchase (s) from RedPoint, if you need to order multiple items to ensure correct fitment or compare products, we are happy to accept returns. Our aim is to make you happy and successful with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased, simply return it with your original proof of purchase for a full refund. Goods returned are to be in original packaging and item(s) to be unused and as sold, excludes freight charges.
Change of mind: We will gladly refund or exchange any normally stocked items if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, goods to be in original packaging and item(s) to be unused and as sold. Special procured products are not refundable or exchangeable.
Exceptions apply: You can return any purchases to our store provided you return them within 30 days from the date you receive them, unused and in their original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. Motorcycle batteries that have been activated (filled with acid) are not returnable for refund or exchange.
We recommend you send your goods back using a traceable delivery service, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

If you are not happy with your purchase - for any reason, just call 02 6562 6650 or email email@example.com for an exchange or full refund (excludes Gift Cards – which cannot be refunded or replaced).
If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement or refund. Alternatively you are welcome to take the less than perfect order into your local store where it can be processed straight away. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
Can I cancel my order: Orders can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately on 02 6562 6650, before the goods have left our control. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
What if my product is faulty: We hope you never experience product failure, but unfortunately this can occur. If you experience a product failure please contact customer service on 02 6562 6650 or email email@example.com we will help get your problem sorted as quick as possible.
Currency: All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Shipping: It is our intention that all items ordered within Australia will arrive within 7 business days unless notified otherwise. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 business hours. We currently do not ship overseas.
Shipping Costs: The price of shipping is what it costs us to get goods to your door, determined by the size, weight and classification of items purchased and delivery address. We are happy to use your courier if you have an account or can be negotiate a better freight rate.
Shipping address: We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office or freight depot (depending on goods being shipped).
