AeroShell Oil W100 Plus is a new single grade oil combining ashless dispersant performance with anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives. It's perfect for pilots preferring a single grade with added protection. Advanced additives act as a barrier against rust and wear, crucial when aircrafts are idle. This oil is blended from selective high viscosity mineral base oils and features AeroShell’s renowned W Oils additive package. Notably, it contains additive LW 16702, making it compliant with FAA Airworthiness Directive 80-04-03. Thus, users don't need to add Lycoming additive separately. AeroShell Oil W100 Plus is also qualified for Teledyne Continental motors, both liquid-cooled and air-cooled aircraft piston engines, ensuring compatibility with other approved aircraft piston engine oils.
