Forch Copper Weld Spray L233 400Ml improves the contact and protects welding spots and sheet metals from corrosion with its 50% copper metal content. It can be applied on almost all kinds of ferrous materials like steel and zinc-plated steel, and it can be welded both wet and dry. It’s important to note that the CU Weld Spray cannot be painted over, hence any CU overspray should be de-greased before applying the top coat. Before coating, ensure welding spots are sanded and de-greased. The paint’s normal temperature resistance (dry film) is around 60°C (starts adhesion), and from 450°C, the synthetic content nearly evaporates entirely, leaving a pure copper coat with a temperature resistance approximately up to 600°C. Ideal for applications on car bodies, containers, housings, coverings, casings, and various other surfaces.

Technical
For optimal results, clean and sand the surface before application. Shake the aerosol can well before spraying evenly onto the area to be welded. Allow a short drying time prior to welding. This weld spray is engineered to handle both wet and dry welding and withstand temperatures up to 600°C.
