Description
Prevents algae, bacteria, and sludge growth; disperses existing sludge; inhibits corrosion.
The AC-82 Diesel Biocide is a sophisticated chemical solution designed for preventing the growth of harmful microbial organisms in diesel fuel storage applications. Its powerful formula is optimized for use in bulk diesel storage tanks, diesel trucks, marine fuel systems, farm equipment, and stationary engines. By preventing the growth of algae, bacteria, and sludge, AC-82 ensures that fuels remain clean and free-flowing. It effectively kills fungi, disperses existing sludge, and inhibits corrosion in tanks and fuel lines. Additionally, AC-82 reduces blockages in fuel filters and lines, decreases gum formation in fuel injectors, and promotes complete combustion. For ease of use, AC-82 should be added to fuel tanks prior to refueling to guarantee thorough mixing. In larger applications, a dosing pump can be employed to ensure accurate dispensing.
Benefits
- Ensures fuel quality and reliability
- Extends lifecycle of storage and fuel systems
- Reduces maintenance costs associated with contamination
- Enhances fuel system performance with cleaner combustion
Technical
• Add AC-82 before refueling for optimal results • Use a dosing pump for large-scale applications • Inspect filters during treatments for extreme contamination • Physically clean excessively contaminated tanks before service
