ECOCOOL S 761 B is a high-performance soluble oil coolant with outstanding sump life, designed for use in both ferrous and non-ferrous metalworking applications. It ensures a stable emulsion in both soft and hard waters while maintaining excellent foam control. Its sophisticated lubricity package provides excellent lubrication for various machining processes such as cutting, drilling, tapping, broaching, milling, reaming, honing, and sawing operations, leading to excellent surface finishes and extended tool life. This fluid is ideal for high-pressure fluid delivery applications including gun-drilling and honing operations due to its extremely low foaming characteristics. It offers excellent rust protection for ferrous metals and outstanding staining control for non-ferrous metals. ECOCOOL S 761 B is diluted with water for use at a concentration range from 5% to 10%. Low residues are easily cleaned from processed parts with mild alkaline cleaner solutions. To optimize service life, flush the machine thoroughly with MTC 9114 MACHINE TOOL CLEANER before recharging with fresh fluid. Regular concentration checks using a refractometer are recommended for this product.
