ECOCOOL S-CO5 is specially designed for grinding of tungsten carbides, where cobalt solubility must be avoided. The fluid forms a clear solution with high microbial resistance, ensuring it remains biostatic. It offers good corrosion protection, minimal foam formation, and leaves no sticky residue. Its special composition guarantees good skin compatibility and is free from harmful components like nitrite, chlorine, and zinc. To optimize corrosion protection, a concentration of at least 5.5% is recommended. Its formulation aligns with German TRGS 611 regulations for non-nitrosamine-forming substances.
