PLANTOHYD 68 is a biodegradable hydraulic fluid designed to meet the demands of modern hydraulic lubricants while minimizing environmental impact. Classified as an HETG fluid according to ISO/CD 6743-4, PLANTOHYD 68 is greater than 96% biodegradable (CEC-L-33-T-82) and environmentally harmless. It floats on water, making it easily retrievable by skimming. When spilled, it does not penetrate the earth to the underground water tables but rapidly biodegrades in the surface layers of the soil. With a normal operational life of approximately 2,000 hours, PLANTOHYD 68 helps diminish production and maintenance costs when used with the CENT condition monitoring tool.
