Ratak 4330 is a user friendly neat cutting oil developed by Fuchs Australia, offering a clear fluid without the typical strong odour of a compounded product. The formulation includes extreme pressure additives to enhance tool life and surface finish, making it perfect for applications like multi-spindle, index, and automatic lathes where preventing cutting tip welding, heat removal, and lathe lubrication are required. The product will not stain copper at ambient temperatures although some staining may occur at elevated temperatures.

Technical
Ratak 4330 is designed for multi-spindle, index, and automatic lathes. The oil has a clear appearance and provides effective results without causing strong odour. Gloves made from nitrile rubber, neoprene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are recommended for handling.
