RENOLIT MOREPLEX 2 HV has been specifically developed for heavy-duty industrial and mining applications, where severe shock loading and extreme pressures are experienced. It provides a tough lubricating film that minimizes metal-to-metal contact, protecting against expensive component failures. Formulated with high-quality oils and extreme pressure additives, it contains 3% molybdenum disulphide. The balanced product composition and high-quality components ensure superior performance characteristics over normal moly greases. It performs excellently in applications such as pins, bushes, roller bearings under high loads, and bale pins. Utilizing sheer-stable lithium complex soap, it offers tremendous stability, water resistance, and high performance at elevated temperatures while maintaining all-season pumpability.
