Shell Gadus S2 V220AD greases are high performance greases designed for the lubrication of heavy-duty bearings subjected to harsh conditions. These greases are formulated based on high viscosity index mineral oil combined with a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener. They contain extreme-pressure, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, and adhesion additives, as well as solids that provide increased resistance to shock loading. Applications include off-highway machinery and fifth wheel lubrication, providing good oxidation and mechanical stability, corrosion resistance, and adhesion properties under extreme pressure conditions.
