As part of the corporate governance processes of Bracourt Pty Ltd T/A RedPoint, please note we have amended the Terms and Conditions of Trade (T&Cs), a copy of which is attached (Click Here to Read). Management has largely revisited the PPSA provision to ensure RedPoint can protect its security interests. Please take the time to read the updated T&Cs.
We also attach a Customer Information Form (Click Here to Download). Please update any incorrect or missing information, sign and return the Customer Information Form to confirm your receipt and acceptance of our updated T&Cs. Your prompt return of the signed Customer Information Form is appreciated and will avoid delays associated with the completion of your next order.
If you have any concerns regarding the T&Cs on which RedPoint will procure a security interest from you, please discuss with your respective contact person in RedPoint prior to RedPoint accepting any further purchase orders from you.
We acknowledge that any existing purchase orders will remain on the terms on which those orders were submitted and the new T&Cs will not be taken to apply to any existing purchase orders. The attached T&Cs will apply to all orders submitted on or after 1st March 2020.
